EZ PAY with installments

Tuition will be split into three equal installments using your bank account (ACH option) or credit card for payment. The first payment plus a $25 service fee must be made with cash, check or credit card at the time of registration. The second and third payments will be due at specified dates. Please contact the office at (941) 486-8679 for those dates. The customer is responsible for the entire tuition plus service fee when choosing EZ PAY, understands that it is non-refundable and agrees to these terms.

A. ACH Option - In addition to the above requirements, the ACH form and a voided check must also be submitted. Download the ACH form or call (941) 486-8679 to request an ACH form by mail.

B. CREDIT CARD Option - The account number given on the completed registration form will be used for all three installments and the service fee.
